It happens to empaths every day.
Other people will either give or take our energy from us. It's
inevitable as breathing.
Energy exchange happens in every interaction in the world. More often
than not, empaths are the ones who become drained.
An important first step in being a skilled empath is to learn to quiet
your mind so that you can have awareness of when people infringe on
your energy. There's a famous story that tells of how Jesus knew when
someone had tugged on his robe and therefore pulled some energy from
him. As empaths, we also get people tugging at us, asking for our
energetic help. We must be like all the great spiritual masters and
become aware of when these dynamics are at play. Only then we can
take steps to preserve our energy, primarily through the act of saying
no.
Our second primary task is to make our energy fields (auras) bigger
than they have ever been before. We do this through ritual practices
that keep the chakras open and allow us to take in more Light energy.
When we have a larger spiritual "mass" (e.g. a larger aura that can
hold more Light), then when other people do take from us, it won't harm
us as much. Make it your goal to have a little extra energy
"padding." It's like wearing an energy coat that extends, say, 15 feet
all around us, made of pure light.

Empaths are warriors in the spiritual realm. Our weapon is Light.
As an empath, you have a choice. You can let others overtake you with
their lower vibration. Or you can overtake them with your high
vibration. The only way you will overtake others is through the
purposeful creation of Light.
It really is that simple.
Creating Light can be done in a variety of ways. Yoga, martial arts,
and mind-body meditation practices are just some of the many techniques
that connect body and mind with the intention of more Light. It is
up to you to find a discipline and a ritualistic practice, something
that you take seriously in order to raise your vibration and create
more Light.

Complete Empath Toolkit. This is also what we do in my personal
mentoring and coaching work).
If you've been sitting on the sidelines, now is the time to kick it up
a notch!
That's what the universe is asking of all of us. May you find the
fortitude, the courage, and the will to keep moving forward, to keep
bettering yourself, and to become more in tune with spiritual
principles.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
